Check-In Details

• Call: 0457 755 899
• When: Between 6:00 pm – 6:45 pm, the day before your flight
• A pilot will confirm:
  • Your exact meeting time (approx 45 min before first light)
  • Weather conditions & possible cancellations
• Failure to check in or arrive on time = forfeited flight

Meeting Point

• Chateau Yering Hotel 42 Melba Hwy, YERING 3770
• Free hotel parking
• Drive through the main entrance, turn left & park in the first carpark on the left hand side

Important on Flight Morning

• Arrive early, late passengers will miss the flight
• You will be transferred by our crew to the launch site (not launching from hotel)
• Weather cancellations can still occur at the launch site
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited during the entire balloon experience
• Pregnant persons are not permitted to fly. If a passenger fails to disclose this, they do so at their own risk.

Bathroom Info

• No toilets at Chateau Yering Hotel → Use public toilets in Yarra Glen 
• Yarra Glen: Public Toilets located in McKenzie's Reserve, Anzac Ave (behind Fire Station)
• Geelong:  Novotel Geelong
• Melbourne:  Amora Hotel
