• Taxi: Must be booked in advance
• Public transport options – not recommended. Timetable departures & arrivals do not support early morning meeting times

Estimated Meeting Times – Confirmed by your Pilot the night before your flight.

Summer: 4:00 – 5:15 AM

Spring: 4:15 – 5:30 AM 

Autumn: 5:15 – 6:00 AM

Winter: 5:45 – 6:30 AM

• You’ll receive your exact meeting time via PHONE or SMS by the Pilot 
• Reply to confirm via SMS or phone the pilot between 6:00 PM – 6:45 PM 
• Pilots turn off their phones after 7:30pm to rest before the flight 
• Passengers who do not check in between 6:00 – 6:45pm will forfeit their flight.

• Clothing: Wear casual, outdoor layers – it’s chilly early, warmer after sunrise.
• Footwear: Sturdy, closed-toe shoes only (no heels, thongs or open toe shoes).
• Optional Items:
  • Spare shoes & socks (morning dew = damp grass)
  • Hat & sunglasses (morning glare and burner heat)
  • Personal water bottle (recommended during warmer months)
  • Smoking and vaping not allowed

• Arrive at your designated meeting location one hour before first light.
• A short weather check and safety briefing will be conducted before arriving at the launch site.
• Late arrivals may miss the flight.

• We travel to the launch site, the chosen location depends on wind conditions / direction
• Balloon inflation takes around 30 minutes
• You’re welcome to assist or simply watch and take photos
• Once inflated, passengers embark the balloon basket for a further safety briefing prior to take off
• No balloon will be flown under its minimum weight

• Flight Duration – approximately 60 minutes / one hour
• Soar gently up, floating with the wind
• Each flight is different, guided by that mornings weather conditions & wind direction
• Passengers often describe the flight as peaceful and surprisingly still
• Keep your camera ready – the views are unforgettable!

• Your pilot selects a safe landing site based on conditions
• Landings vary depending on wind speed – from upright to gentle layovers
• Get involved in the deflation and pack-up process, or simply watch. Another opportunity to take photos

After your flight, we return to the meeting location to enjoy a champagne ballooning breakfast (if included in your booking)

• Return transfers between meeting point and launch/landing sites are included
• All flights are weather-dependent for safety
• Passenger participation in set-up and pack-up is encouraged but optional
• No flammables substance including hand sanitiser are allowed 
• Pregnant persons are not permitted to fly. If a passenger fails to disclose this, they do so at their risk. 
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited during the entire ballooning experiance 

• Weather is closely monitored by CASA certified & approved pilots, trained in meteorology
• Sunrise is the daylight awakening of a new day
• Weather conditions not limited to cloud, may affect views
• Safe flying conditions may not guarantee you will have great views for the whole flight
• If the flight is cancelled by the pilot, a rebooking link will be emailed to allow you to reschedule and fly on a better day

Free in-flight photography available most days (pilot’s discretion) emailed post flight
