Postponed Flights

  • All flights are rebookable if postponed / cancelled by the pilot due to unsuitable conditions

Yarra Valley Flight Details

  • Public group flight

  • Total balloon experience 3-5 hours (including breakfast)
  • Meeting time 1 hour before sunrise at Chateau Yering Hotel

  • Return transfers included to and from launch and landing site

  • Select your flight date from the online calendar, pricing is based on weekday / weekend – anyday
  • Add Premium Upgrade and/or Champagne Breakfast at the time of booking
  • You will receive a Flight Itinerary Confirmation via email once payment is complete
  • Follow all check-in instructions to receive final meeting time & any additional information

  • If your flight is postponed by the pilot, you receive a Rebooking Link to allow you to reschedule and fly on another day
