How to Book
- Complete & submit our Exclusive Flight Enquiry Form
- Receive a quote and booking link
- Payment via bank transfer
- Full payment confirms your booking, acceptance of our quote, flight information and T&C’s
- A Flight Itinerary Confirmation will be emailed within 6 hours or the next business day
Rebooking & Terms
- Flights are strictly non-refundable
- Flights must be completed on or before the expiry date
- No changes permitted within 14 days of the flight date
- We highly recommend travel insurance in case of short notice cancellations
Important Notes
- Ballooning is weather dependent, cancellations may occur on short notice
- Our team will assist you in rescheduling if your flight is cancelled by the pilot
- Flights are confirmed upon receipt of full payment
