Refundable & Non-Refundable Flight Options
If a pilot cancels a flight due to unsuitable conditons it is for everyone’s safety. All bookings (refundable & non-refundable) are emailed a Rebooking Link so you may reschedule and fly on another day. Both options are valid for 12 months from the original confirmed flight date.
Passengers who would be unable to reschedule if their flight was cancelled by the pilot, must select the Premium Upgrade Option – refundable when booking. This option must be included in the original booking. There is no option to purchase this upgrade after a flight has been cancelled by the pilot.

We transfer passengers from the meeting point to the launch site & back to Chateau Yering after the flight
If conditions are unsuitable & your flight is cancelled by the pilot, you receive a Rebooking Link via email so you may reschedule and fly on a better day
Weekend bookings can reschedule and fly any day of the week
Midweek bookings must reschedule to a midweek date, excluding public holidays
